Richard Pearse signs himself B.A, M.Ed(Sydney), A.M., Ph.d(Stanford), and therefore apparently he felt it his duty to
educate the judge - who is probably not as educated as he is - with his insights about family law and the needs of children.
Richard never contacted me prior to writing his letter, however, and he refused my emails afterwards,
and many statements he made about Sean, Brenden, me, and our family circumstances were clearly mistaken, as
the judge well knew.
I don't think Richard actually lies in this letter; he is just misinformed, and in the judge's view maybe,
a bit silly.
